	The Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy (CIDRAP) CIDRAP is directed by the esteemed Michael T. Osterholm, PhD, MPH and based at the University of Minnesota. They have a twofold mission: 1) To support the development of and refine public policies relating to the prevention, control, and treatment of infectious diseases to ensure that they reflect the most current biomedical knowledge 2) To promote practices among both healthcare professional and the public that aim at reducing illness and death from infectious disease through provision of accurate, up-to-date information and education
