Other Program News:

In Fall, 2006, Saint Louis University, School of Public Health will begin offering a Biosecurity area of emphasis option for the MPH program. This program differs from the MS in Biosecurity program because it requires 2 semesters in residency (i.e., on campus), while the remainder of the program is taught online. [The entire MS in Biosecurity program remains distance-based.] This new area of emphasis offers MPH students another option for studying infectious disease emergencies and provides professional opportunities for those who wish to work in this area.

A total of 62 students have enrolled for the two summer courses Biosecurity and Risk Assessment, and Fundamentals of Management during an Emergency
