When released, the exercise package will include a CD-ROM that contains a Facilitator's Guide with a master event list, a list of people and material needed to run the exercises, a Participant's Guide, a complete set of inserts for each of the exercises (injects), a reference list linking to the National Response Plan and other reference documents.

The CD-ROM also contains a detailed exercise evaluation manual with examples of after-action reports and a set of evaluation instruments. Two of the evaluation instruments were designed specifically for public health. One of the evaluation tools is based upon the Public Health Competencies; and the other is specific to each of the exercise objectives. The latter was developed to enhance and document post exercise quality improvement.
